After order is placed, customer will receive an confirmation email with an receipt for items purchased.  Allow 24-48 hours for order to be processed,  you will then receive a delivery confirmation email  or  text of delivery date and time. If intended date or time is not feasible, feel free to respond and request a better date and time for delivery. We will review requested date and time, then respond withthe approved new delivery details.

                                                                  Pick Up

After order is placed,  customers will have the option to pick up purchased item or products with in 3 days of purchase. They will select option during check out to pick up item with specific date and time. We will respond with an approved confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for response confirming appropriate pick up time.

Me By Mela’s first line of reconciliation with our MBM members Will be an exchange. All exchanges must first be approved via email confirmation. After approval, then items can be exchanged within 5 business days of delivery. This is to assure that garments or apparels are not irreconcilable. All exchanges must be in excellent unworn  or non utilized condition. The exchanges have an immediate 5 business day turn around, including shipping orders. This 5 business days turn around will detail 5 business days upon delivery.

We are more than happy to make our members happy and we will do that by all mean necessary. However, the ONLY items that are non refundable are intimate items which are underwear or anything that if form fitting for intimate areas. All other apparel are 100% refundable.
